Our mail gateway receives your mail, examines it using a range of sophisticated
algorithms and, if it considers it to be safe, passes it onto your mail server.
We can scan for spam and for viruses to ensure that all mail that arrives with you is safe and desirable.
We do not retain any of your genuine mail nor do we log it or examine it any further than is necessary for
our processing. Mail that is detected as spam is saved to a special website for 5 days, so that you can
periodically review it to ensure that we are not falsely detecting real mail as spam. In the unlikely event
that this does happen, all you have to do is forward the mail to a special address and it won’t happen again!
We constantly monitor the system to ensure that it is working effectively and update our
definitions and rules on a daily basis.
