Welcome to the Transpeed Mailwashing system.

All your mail is now being scanned for spam and viruses.

To view mail that has been detected as spam click here and log in with your domain name and the password as supplied to you under separate cover.

If there are any messages in here that you wish to be exempted from spam detection please forward them as attachments (see fig 1.1) to white@transpeed.co.uk for processing.

Alternatively you can drag them into the folder on the left hand side of your screen marked Public Folders\Bayesian Learning\Non-Spam for automatic processing and removal.

Messages which are labelled as SPAM are permanently deleted after 5 days and will not be retreivable.
 
If you receive any messages in your normal mail stream that you think should have been detected as spam and have not been, please forward them as attachments to black@transpeed.co.uk

To forward multiple messages as attachments using Microsoft Outlook 2003, select the messages by holding Ctrl and clicking each message in turn. Once the messages you wish to forward are selected, click the forward button (see Fig 1.2) on the tool bar at the top of the Outlook window.

Or if you wish to send one at a time, select the message and then from the edit menu select copy and then paste the spam into a new message.(fig 1.3)
